What are the causes of PTHS?

Because your body is built to maintain balance, it must get rid of toxins. How your body develops PTHS
The hypothalamus is the part of your brain responsible to keep you alive by directing all the functions of your body.
Physical stressors, psychological trauma and daily life produce negative stress. Chronic stress triggers your hypothalamus to activate your body’s fight-or-flight response. This creates a cascade of hormonal responses preparing your body to protect itself from danger.
Chronic negative stress keeps the hypothalamus in a constant state of fight or flight flooding your body with hormones. Over time, the hypothalamus becomes tired (hypothalamic fatigue), causing hormonal imbalance.
Your metabolism regulates your body’s internal balance.

How your body naturally breaks down fat
To carry out all its functions, your body requires fuel. Even at rest, you need energy to stay alive. The least amount of energy you need to survive is determined by your Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR for short.
Since you are not eating all the time, your body must store energy from the foods you eat to use later. Your metabolism stores energy in the form of sugar called glycogen and fat called triglycerides. Sugar is stored in your liver, and muscle, while fat is stored in the fat tissue called adipocyte.
